Kameya-Mutsu in Kyoto

Kameya-Mutsu‘s MatsuKaze is a very simple baked cake. It’s slightly sticky by malt sugar and fermentation.
Unbelievable, it’s been made for more than 400 years, because it remains me biscotti of South of Italy in wet style.
When you come to Kyoto to visit Honganji, don’t ignore this shop next to the temple. Taste it!
